You can visit our website without providing personal information. Registration is not required. Our website does not use cookies [Image of cookies policy] . We do not embed external content such as web fonts through which your IP address would be transmitted to providers like Google.

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the information you provide to answer your inquiry. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. Your personal data will be stored as long as necessary to process your request.
We treat your personal data confidentially. Please note, however, that communication via e-mail over the Internet is unencrypted. Therefore, there is no protection against unauthorized access by third parties during data transmission to us.

You have a right to information as to whether we process personal data concerning you.
You can request the deletion of personal data.
Excluded from deletion are data that we still need for the execution of a contractual relationship or must retain due to legal obligations, in particular under commercial and tax law. In this case, the restriction of processing for the stated purposes takes the place of deletion.
You have the right to data portability regarding personal data that you have provided to us with your consent or for the establishment or implementation of a contractual relationship.

7. Social Media Profiles (Instagram, LinkedIn)
With regard to the social networks Instagram and LinkedIn, we are jointly responsible with the respective provider of the social networks.

For our profile on Instagram, we (see 1. above) are jointly responsible with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
7.2 Validity of the above information
Insofar as we are the controller, the information in sections 1 to 6 also applies to our profiles on Instagram and LinkedIn.
7.3 Purposes and legal basis
7.3.1 by maurice fabien nitsche – We use Instagram and LinkedIn for public relations and to present the services we offer. In doing so, we process the personal data provided by the users of the social networks themselves. The legal basis is the protection of legitimate interests, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
